We welcome Ambassador Dennis Ross, Distinguished Fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy for Israel: Conflicts and Conciliation.
Israel faces fewer external threats to its existence than ever before thanks to agreements with the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Sudan. However, there are still many issues the country must grapple with, including a one or two-state solution to the Palestinian question. Ambassador Dennis Ross will join us to discuss the problems and opportunities facing Israel in the coming years.
Ambassador Ross is both counselor and the Willian Davidson Distinguished Fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy as well as a professor at Georgetown University’s Center for Jewish Civilization. In addition to his government service, he has written many articles and five books including Be Strong and of Good Courage: How Israel’s Most Important Leaders Shaped Its Destiny which he co-authored with David Makovsky.
