The group (12-15 people) will meet bi-monthly in members’ homes to read plays that are by or about Jewish women and that deal with Jewish themes. This time: “Who By Fire,” an award-winning play by Talisa Friedman. Talisa is a leading playwright and actor whose Jewish roots were nurtured at Temple Sinai and whose parents, Debby and Joel Friedman, are still members.
Admission is free, but participants must be members of Sisterhood. Participants are welcome to bring a light snack to share; drinks will be provided.
