StacksWelcome to the Temple Sinai Library. The Library serves congregants of all ages, from Nursery School children through the adult scholar interested in materials of Jewish content and culture. A librarian is available to help with research and can also place books on hold for you. Please check out our new acquisitions, DVDs, and holiday books.

The library is open whenever the temple is open. The librarian is available on Mondays from 10 AM-3 PM and Thursdays from 1-3 PM. Please call the temple office at (202) 363-6394 with any questions.

Checkout is on the honor system. Books and videos circulate for three (3) weeks. DVDs may be borrowed for one (1) week. A sign out cart is located to the left of the doors. To check out a book, please write your name, phone number, and the date on the card in the back pocket of the book. Please leave the card on the sign out cart and pick up a reminder bookmark. For DVDs, please sign out the item in the binder on the DVD shelf. If you would like to request a book or DVD to be placed on hold, please email the librarian.
